Workout: Jan. 23, 2021

This is the first Zwift workout I’ve done with a training plan. The first of what I hope will be many. Not too stressful in terms of output, but challenging.

A lot of “leg isolation,” which as I’ve recently learned, means unclipping one foot not using it, forcing you to pedal with just one leg. It showed me one thing conclusively: I’m right-footed in the same way I’m right-handed. Much smoother stroke with my right leg than my left. That’s something I need to work on.
