I tried to keep my cadence as high as possible, not even caring about power. Just turning the pedals as quick as possible while keeping good form. I’m very happy with the results, as I averaged about 97 rpms for 45 minutes.
Aerobic conditioning is what I need most, and the way to do that is to spin dem cranks fast. Really fast.
